The christmas spectacular 2009 was brought to the o2 arena on 23rd december 2009 by a raymond gubbay production. For the original time from the royal albert hall, and was hosted by classical fm radio presenter and celebrity musician, myleene klass.
The o2 arena has world-class facilities such like perfect sight-lines from every angle, crystal clear acoustic scheme and comfortable seats. It provides an astounding atmosphere and is a magnificent venue to hold spectacular events such like this.
Anthony inglis, one of the world’s most usual conductors led the choirs and conducted the royal philharmonic orchestra in a christmas carols sing-along which included “good king wenceslas”, “the original nowell”, “o come, all ye faithful”, “god rest you merry, gentlemen” and “hark! The herald angels sing”.
