Pulling up the internet at home and joining an online bingo game is an actual mixture of old and new and gives us an exceptional example of how our lives are so much different than a few of decades ago.
In the last half century alone, there have been more dramatic alterations to human civilization than ever in recorded history. Travel has changed, communication has changed, and work has changed. Science and technology have become king and transformed every part of our world.
Because of all the so called ‘advances’ in how we do things, our lives are far busier and hectic than generations before us. Technologies that were meant to reduce work loads have at the same time increased the number of activities on our calendars for us and our families.
