The o2 arena has world-class facilities such like perfect sight-lines from every angle, crystal clear acoustic scheme and comfortable seats. It provides an astounding atmosphere and is a magnificent venue to hold spectacular events such like this.

Anthony inglis, one of the world’s most usual conductors led the choirs and conducted the royal philharmonic orchestra in a christmas carols sing-along which included “good king wenceslas”, “the original nowell”, “o come, all ye faithful”, “god rest you merry, gentlemen” and “hark! The herald angels sing”.

There were likewise great performances from conventional soprano alison jiear and stephanie corley and tenor jon christos singing such favourites as irving berlin’s “white christmas”, the wizzard hit “i wish it could be christmas everyday” and bobby helm’s “jingle bell rock”.

Likewise taking part in the christmas spectacular at the o2 arena were two widely known and esteemed choirs, the royal choral society and the metro voices singing usual golden oldies like “the christmas song” and “silent night”.

Throughout the concert there were exceptional effects and laser light displays to add sparkle and magic to the event but the best bit of the christmas spectacular was left till the end when there was a exceptional indoor fireworks display to delight the audience.

This christmas spectacular has surely put every one in a magnificent mood to celebrate the begin of the holiday preiod in fine style and had conjured all the delectations and excitement of the festive season. It had provided a family-friendly evening which persons may do not forget long past the festive season.

You might not know exactly what you should give each year, but here is a handy guide that will assist you on the big ones.

The British and American tradition for the first wedding anniversary was paper, which could mean a poem, or an origami crane constructed for your loved one. The modern tradition, however, is to give a clock, perhaps as a symbol of eternal love.

The fifth anniversary used to mean wood, probably in some sort of woodworking ornament, but now it means silverware.

For the 10th anniversary, the British tradition is tin, while the American tradition is tin and aluminum. In modern times, diamonds have taken the role of the tenth wedding anniversary gift.

Fast forward ten more years, and a gift China would be the anniversary gift in British and American traditions. However, Platinum is now the gift of choice for the 20th wedding anniversary.

The quarter-century marker brings silver for the American, British and modern traditions. This isn’t silver as in silverware, but silver ornaments or jewelry.

The half-century wedding anniversary is another one that’s not changed from the American and British traditions, which both gave gold as the gift for that anniversary, most likely in the form of a ring.

The 75th wedding anniversary traditional present is diamond, as is the modern one, which as we saw, had diamonds as the gift of choice for the 10th wedding anniversary.

For the 90th, if by some amazing chance you actually get to that point, then you give both diamonds and emeralds as the anniversary gift. The British and American traditional gifts are granite.

Of course, to get to that point you’d require to get married around 20 years of age and leave to near or beyond 110.

Certain traditional gifts have obviously changed over time, due to various reasons including societal acceptability. Ivory, once the hallmark of the 14th wedding anniversary, is no longer acceptable in present-society due to the near extinction of elephants because of the ivory trade.
